Yahoo has agreed to pay $80 million to settle a class action securities litigation brought against it by shareholders who alleged that the company intentionally misled them about its cyber security practices in the wake of massive data breaches in 2013 and 2014 that compromised the personal information of all 3 billion of Yahoo customers.
